Subprocessor List
This list identifies third parties that NicNames, Inc. may use to process Customer Personal Data in connection with CDN.MN.
NicNames remains responsible for Subprocessor management as described in the CDN.MN Data Processing Addendum.

Customer-selected integrations
A Customer may connect a repository, DNS provider, deployment platform, Agent provider, or other third-party service.
A provider selected and directly authorized by Customer is not automatically a NicNames Subprocessor merely because CDN.MN interoperates with it. The provider may act independently under its own agreement and privacy policy.
Where NicNames appoints a provider to Process Customer Personal Data on NicNames' behalf, we will add it to this Subprocessor List before Processing begins, subject to the notice process in the DPA.
No external AI model provider in the delivery path
At the Effective Date, CDN.MN does not send Customer Content to an external generalized AI-model provider as part of image optimization, CDN delivery, Agent authentication, or MCP tool execution.
An Agent chosen by Customer may process information under the Agent provider's own terms and privacy policy. Customer is responsible for reviewing that provider.
Change notices
NicNames will provide notice of a new Subprocessor as described in the DPA.
