Share documents with the right people.

Send a proposal, investor deck or client handoff as a controlled collection. CDN.MN lets you choose who can open a share link, when access ends and whether a recipient must accept an agreement before seeing the files.

Example collection. These controls demonstrate access options; they do not create a share or change real permissions.

One collection, different audiences

Keep confidential files in a restricted collection. Create a separate share link for each audience, then choose open, email-verified or invite-only access. An email-verified link proves control of an address; invite-only access additionally checks that the address is on your list. Give each link a clear title so recipients recognize it.

Control access before and after you send

Set an expiry, revoke a link, require acceptance of the collection agreement or choose view-only access. Acceptance is recorded against the version of the agreement the visitor saw. View-only removes download actions and blocks the download route; it does not prevent screenshots or copying content visible on screen.

Understand activity without overstating it

The access log records file-list views and files opened or downloaded, including verified addresses when the gate requires them. Export the log as CSV for your own analysis. A logged file open is not proof that a person read every page: CDN.MN does not provide page-by-page reading time or heatmaps.

How to get started

  1. Upload the documents to a restricted collection.
  2. Create a share link, choose its gate and set any expiry or agreement.
  3. Send the link, review the access log and revoke it when the work is complete.

Frequently asked questions

What does the access log show?

Review file-list views and file opens or downloads, with verified addresses when required by the link. Export activity as CSV. Page-by-page reading time and heatmaps are not available.

Can a recipient forward the link?

A recipient can forward a URL. Use invite-only access when only named email addresses should open it, and revoke the link when access is no longer needed.

What appears when I share a link in a messaging app?

The preview identifies it as shared with you and uses the share title, falling back to the collection name. File contents and recipient email addresses are not included in the preview.
