For agencies
Managing many client sites? Run each on its own workspace and get 20% off every paid workspace plan once you have five or more active paid workspaces. One login, per-client separation, consolidated billing.
Units you can explain to anyone
Every plan is measured in the same six understandable dimensions.
bandwidth
Delivery bandwidth, per GB
transforms
Image transformation requests
endpoints
CDN endpoints per workspace
domains
Custom image domains
file size
Maximum source file size
overage
Overage per GB
One prompt does the work.
One approval protects production.
An agent can set everything up on Pay-as-you-go without a payment method. Activating a paid plan, adding funds, or authorizing billable usage always requires the billing:write scope and your explicit approval — and every action lands in the audit log.
Billing questions
How do the starting credits work?
Every workspace starts on Pay-as-you-go with a $5 usage credit — no card needed. Adding a payment method (verified during secure setup) adds another one-time $5, for $10 total — about 33 GB of delivery or 20,000 transformations. When your credit is used up we email you; with auto-reload on, we top your balance back up from your default payment method automatically instead.
Can my agent activate a paid plan?
Only with your explicit approval. Plan changes, adding funds, and billable-usage authorization are separate approval events — never granted by default.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Billing runs on your prepaid credit balance. When it reaches $0, new transformations pause automatically while your cached images keep serving for a 30-day grace period; after that, delivery stops until you top up. Turn on auto-reload and your balance refills before you ever hit the limit.
Why does the Video plan use my own domain?
Large media is delivered from your own verified domain, not a cdn.mn subdomain. Custom-domain delivery is still rolling out: you start setup on a cdn.mn hostname today, then switch to your domain before going live once it ships. Your origin is never modified, so removing CDN.MN is always a configuration rollback.
