A home for files you publish
Use public collections for brand assets, product guides, presentation decks and downloadable archives. Each file gets its own URL based on its ID. Renaming a file or moving it between collections does not change that URL. The link remains usable while the file exists and its collection is public.
Choose public or restricted access
New collections start restricted. Make a collection public when its files are intended for anyone with the URL. For confidential documents, keep the collection restricted and create a controlled share link instead. Switching a public collection back to restricted stops direct links after cache invalidation; allow the time shown in the dashboard.
Upload from your workspace or automate it
Upload images, PDF files, modern Office documents, OpenDocument files and ZIP archives. The service checks the file contents rather than trusting an extension. Storage allowances depend on the plan, and the documentation lists current size and format limits. Agents can upload through scoped tools, with a separate approval for publication.

Frequently asked questions
Does a permanent link mean a file can never be removed?
No. The URL stays stable across renames and moves, but deleting the file or restricting its collection stops public access. Keep an independent copy of important files.
Can I host a PDF?
Yes. PDF files are supported. You can publish a direct file link or keep the collection restricted and use a share link with access controls.
Can I upload HTML or executables?
No. CDN.MN accepts a defined set of document, image and archive formats. Consult the Files documentation for the current list and upload limit.
