Files and document sharing

Share a document. Keep the link forever.

Put your decks, PDFs and images into collections and hand out a link per file — served from the same global network that delivers your site’s images, and stable when you rename or reorganise.

Were you sent a file link? Use the full link exactly as you received it. The address on its own does not open anything — each file has its own link, and a link only works while the sender keeps it available.

Live

A permanent link per file

Put a deck, a one-pager, a press kit or a product image into a collection, make the collection public, and paste each file's link anywhere. Rename the file or move it to another collection — the link keeps working, because the link is the file's id, not its name.

Live

Delivered from the same edge network as your images

The files your customers download come from the same global cache that serves your site's images. One account, one bill, one place to look.

Live

Checked by content, not by name

Images, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument and zip, up to 25 MB per file. What a file IS gets read from its bytes, so a renamed executable is refused before it is ever stored.

Live

Restricted until you say otherwise

A new collection serves nothing. Making it public is a deliberate act, and making it restricted again stops every link in it — typically within seconds, always within minutes.

Next: sharing that asks who is opening it

In development now. The page will say so until the day each piece ships.

Next

Email-verified share links

Send a link that asks the recipient for their email and a one-time code before they see anything. Scoped to one collection, revocable, with an optional expiry.

Next

An agreement they accept first

Put your terms in front of the files. The acceptance is recorded against the exact text they were shown, so the record still means something a year later.

Next

An access log you can export

Who opened what, when, and under which version of the agreement — the record a marketing-licence audit actually asks for.

Questions

What can I share today?

Collections with a permanent link per file, on every paid plan. Upload a file, make its collection public, copy the link. A public link is open to anyone who has it, and the dashboard says so next to the copy button.

Can I require an email before someone sees a document?

Not yet. Email-verified share links, an agreement gate, expiry and revoke, and the access log are in development. Until they ship, keep confidential material in a restricted collection — a restricted collection serves nothing at all.

How much storage do I get?

Storage is included with each plan: Growth 50 GB, Business 250 GB, Video 100 GB, Enterprise unlimited. Pay-as-you-go has no file storage. Deleting a file frees its space immediately, and reaching the limit pauses new uploads without touching what is already there.

Can my AI agent do this?

Yes. An agent with the files scopes can list and create collections, upload a file, and make a collection public — publishing waits for your approval unless you granted it autonomy.
